Terms & Conditions for Use of Books A Plenty & She Is Unleashed Private Library by She Is Unleashed Members

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the private library owned by Books A Plenty ("Library") as a member of the She Is Unleashed Group ("Member"). By accessing or using the Library, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Library.

1. Membership Eligibility: Membership to She Is Unleashed and access to the Library is granted solely at the discretion of Books A Plenty & She Is Unleashed management. Membership may be revoked or denied without prior notice or explanation.
2. Library Use: Members are granted access to the Library for personal use only. Any commercial use of the Library or its contents is strictly prohibited.
3. Library Materials: The Library contains a collection of books, owned by Books A Plenty. Members may borrow books from the Library according to the borrowing policies set forth by Books A Plenty below.
4. Library Access: Access to the Library may be restricted to certain hours or days as determined by Books A Plenty. Members agree to abide by these access restrictions.
5. Care of Materials: Members are responsible for the care and safekeeping of books borrowed from the Library as per the policies below. Any damage to or loss of books will be the responsibility of the Member and may result in fines or other penalties as determined by Books A Plenty.
6. Return of Materials: As per our borrowing policy below borrowed books must be returned to the Library by the due date specified at the time of borrowing. Failure to return books on time may result in fines or suspension of borrowing privileges.
7. Conduct: Members agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner while in the Library. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Books A Plenty staff will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Library and/or termination of Membership.
8. Privacy: Books A Plenty may collect and use personal information provided by Members for the purpose of administering the Library and Membership program. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Books A Plenty's privacy policy.
9. Modification of Terms: Books A Plenty reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Library after any modifications to the Terms shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.
10. Termination: Books A Plenty reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Library and/or Membership in the She Is Unleashed program at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Library Borrowing Policy:

• Members are allowed to borrow books from the Library for a period of six weeks.
• Borrowed books must be returned to the Library by the due date specified at the time of borrowing.
• Failure to return materials on time may result in fines or suspension of borrowing privileges.

Damaged or Lost Materials Policy:

• Members are responsible for the care and safekeeping of materials borrowed from the Library.
• In the event that borrowed materials are damaged or lost, the Member will be responsible for the full cost of replacement as determined by Books A Plenty.
• These policies ensure fair and responsible use of the Library's resources while emphasizing the importance of careful handling and timely return of borrowed materials.

Collection and Return Policy:

• Members are responsible for collecting borrowed books from and returning them to Books A Plenty 74 Grey Street, Tauranga.
• If a Member requires books to be couriered, the cost of couriering both the initial borrowing and the return of the materials by the due date will be the responsibility of the borrower.
• Books must be returned to the Library by the due date specified at the time of borrowing, regardless of whether they are returned in person or via courier.
• This policy ensures that Members understand their responsibilities regarding the collection and return of borrowed books, including any additional costs incurred for courier services.
